Preferred Skills:
Workday implementation leadership across phases (Architect & Configure, Unit Testing, E2E, Deploy, Hypercare) with partner coordination (e.g., EY/CrossVue). Experience delivering Workday modules such as Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits, Talent, and Learning, plus Success Plan and Cloud Connects. Integration leadership spanning HRIS and enterprise systems (e.g., iCIMS, payroll, benefits, identity, analytics/BI), including cutover planning and hypercare. Understanding of IT landscapes that commonly interface with HRIS (e.g., D365, data platforms, security, identity, DR) and how to align them during migration. The estimated annual pay range for this position is $170,000- $220,000 which includes a base salary. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual.
