As an Engagement Partner, you are the bridge between insight and action. You don't just manage accounts, you build trusted partnerships with healthcare technology leaders, helping them understand how they're performing, where they stand in the market, and what they can do next. Through thoughtful engagement, honest conversations, and strategic guidance, you ensure clients gain real, lasting value from their partnership with KLAS. What You'll Do Partner with client leaders to interpret KLAS insights, guiding discussions that help them understand key findings and potential actions. Develop strong connections with stakeholders by understanding their goals, challenges, and evolving priorities. Own day-to-day account management, ensuring organized planning, proactive communication, and timely delivery of value. Track account health, identify risks early, and collaborate with Vice Presidents of Engagement to maintain alignment and strengthen renewals. Identify upsell and cross-sell signals through ongoing discovery, partnering with Account Executives and leadership to advance opportunities. Present and contextualize narratives developed by the Insights Team to help clients benchmark performance and understand market dynamics. Capture trends, feedback, and client sentiment, sharing insights with internal teams to inform strategy and improve offerings. Prepare internal teams for key engagements and follow through to ensure commitments are met. Share observations on client and market trends to support internal planning and decision-making.
What You Bring:
Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish credibility with client stakeholders Excellent communication skills, including the ability to clearly present insights and diplomatically challenge clients when needed Strategic thinking paired with strong attention to detail and follow-through The ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment A collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams such asClient Acquisition, Insights, and Product/Operations Experience & Education:
4-8 years of experience in account management, customer success, consulting, or related roles—preferably in healthcare technology, healthcare providers, or B2B services Experience supporting client retention and delivering measurable client value is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree required (Business Administration, Communications, Health Administration, or related field preferred) Advanced degrees or certifications in Account Management or Customer Success are a plus The salary range for this role starts at $130,000 per year. Final compensation will be determined according to the candidate's relevant experience, skills, and qualifications.
