Job Description

Our client is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join their growing organization in the greater Nashville area. This is a highly visible role that will partner closely with executive leadership to drive employee engagement, leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and key HR initiatives across a growing, acquisition-focused business. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy building programs from the ground up, and be comfortable coaching leaders while influencing organizational change.
Duties:
Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational objectives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development. Lead employee engagement initiatives, including survey administration, action planning, and culture improvement programs. Serve as a trusted advisor to managers on employee relations matters, performance management, coaching, and organizational effectiveness. Design, implement, and facilitate leadership development, manager training, and learning & development programs. Partner with leadership to identify trends, analyze workforce data, and provide recommendations that improve retention, engagement, and business outcomes. Manage multiple HR projects simultaneously while collaborating cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, and business leaders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including HR process optimization, toolkit development, and adoption of new technologies and automation. Provide coaching and consultation to leaders navigating employee relations, organizational challenges, and team development opportunities.
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience demonstrated growth into an HR Business Partner role. 5+ years of HRBP experience supporting leaders in fast-paced, high-growth, private equity-backed, startup, or resource-constrained environments. Strong experience leading employee relations, leadership development, performance management, and organizational initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

$110k-$115k salary
Travel:
Up to 10% travel required Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
