As our Human Resources Manager, you'll translate this philosophy into action through thoughtful leadership, strong partnerships, and people programs that help both employees and the organization succeed.
What You'll Do:
Lead the
HR Team:
Guide, coach, and empower a talented group (Benefits & Leave Administrator, HR Generalist, HR Recruiter, Payroll & HRIS Administrator) to deliver exceptional service and support.
Drive Employee Experience:
Shape programs that foster wellbeing, engagement, and belonging. From onboarding to exit interviews, you'll help every employee feel valued.
Manage HR Operations:
Oversee benefits, leave, payroll, compensation, performance management, employee relations, HR compliance, and HRIS administration.
Ensure Compliance:
Keep us on track with local, state, and federal employment laws (think ADA, ERISA, COBRA, OSHA, and more).
Spark Positive Morale:
Lead employee relations with empathy, resolve conflicts, and promote a culture of trust and collaboration.
Innovate & Educate:
Develop benefit education initiatives, oversee HR trainings, and keep our policies fresh and relevant.
Analyze & Report:
Prepare HR analytics to inform smart decisions and drive continuous improvement.
What You Bring:
A minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, including 1-3 years managing an HR team. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (PHR/SPHR or
SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP
preferred). Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience with Paycom or other HRIS platforms. Proven ability to motivate and influence others while fostering effective collaboration.

Work Schedule:
Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm.

iQ Headquarters - 1313 Main Street. Vancouver, WA 98660.
Position Type:
