We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support senior leadership teams within a fast-paced healthcare environment. This is a strategic HR role focused on workforce planning, labor relations, organizational support, and leadership partnership during a temporary leave coverage engagement. The HRBP will partner closely with operational and executive leaders to provide guidance on workforce initiatives, talent planning, labor-related matters, and organizational effectiveness. This role works cross-functionally with HR Centers of Excellence and shared services teams to ensure strong HR support and service delivery across the organization. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders, including operational and clinical leadership, on strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning Provide guidance related to labor relations, union activity, contract interpretation, and workforce concerns Support talent reviews, wage analysis projects, and organizational planning efforts Collaborate with HR shared services and specialized HR teams to deliver effective employee support Coach and advise leaders on HR best practices, organizational changes, and people strategy Assist with ongoing labor-related initiatives and support a positive employee experience Qualifications 5-10 years of HR experience, ideally within an HR Business Partner or strategic HR role Strong understanding of labor relations and union environments preferred Experience advising leadership teams on workforce planning and organizational initiatives Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams Healthcare or similarly regulated industry experience preferred Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred
