Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our organization's HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performance workplace culture. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, and compliance with employment laws. Your leadership will drive strategic planning efforts, enhance HR processes, and ensure the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of our workforce while promoting a collaborative and inclusive environment. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational goals to optimize human capital management and organizational design. Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and overseeing recruiting processes to attract high-caliber candidates. Manage employee relations by resolving conflicts, conducting employee evaluations, and facilitating effective communication across all levels of the organization. Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing through systems such as Workday or ADP, and ensure compliance with OSHA and FMLA regulations. Direct performance management programs including employee orientation, training & development initiatives, succession planning, and performance reviews. Ensure legal compliance by staying current on employment & labor law, workers' compensation policies, contracts, and OSHA standards. Implement process improvements in HRIS platforms like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM to streamline HR operations and data analysis for strategic decision-making. Supervise HR staff by providing guidance on HR sourcing, HRIS management, conflict management practices, and program management to foster a motivated team environment. Experience Proven experience in senior leadership roles within human resources management or related fields. Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR program development. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, workers' compensation policies, and compliance requirements. Strong background in managing HRIS platforms such as UltiPro, Taleo, Paychex, Kronos, or similar systems like Dayforce or Paylocity. Skilled in negotiation, conflict resolution, change management strategies, and process improvement initiatives. Experience supervising HR teams with a focus on strategic planning and organizational design. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and staff alike. Data analysis skills for collecting and interpreting HR metrics to inform strategic decisions related to human capital management.
