Interior Designer

Duties Develop comprehensive interior design concepts that align with client goals and project requirements Create detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings using software such as SketchUp, Revit, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, and Rhinoceros 3D Prepare and present design proposals, mood boards, and material selections to clients for approval Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution from concept to completion Manage project timelines and budgets effectively while maintaining high-quality standards Conduct site visits during renovation or remodeling phases to oversee progress and ensure design integrity Draft detailed construction documents using Bluebeam and CAD software to facilitate accurate implementation Experience Proven experience in interior design or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects Proficiency in design software including SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and Bluebeam Solid understanding of drafting techniques, color theory, lighting design, and construction processes Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budgets Knowledge of contracts, renovation procedures, remodeling processes, and lighting sales is highly desirable Strong communication skills for client presentations and team collaboration Ability to interpret client needs into innovative design solutions that enhance space functionality and aesthetics

Pay:

$50.00 per hour
