Job Description

Overview We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR functions and initiatives. This role is pivotal in shaping organizational culture, ensuring legal compliance, and driving HR strategies aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will possess senior management experience, demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, and excel in managing employee relations, organizational restructuring, and integration processes. A deep understanding of employment and labor law, HR compliance, and strategic HR planning is essential for success in this position. Duties Lead and oversee all aspects of human resources operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws across all company locations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements and best practices. Develop and implement HR policies that promote a compliant, fair, and inclusive workplace environment. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, fostering positive communication, and resolving conflicts effectively. Provide strategic HR leadership by advising senior management on workforce planning, organizational restructuring, and talent acquisition strategies. Lead HR team members through effective team leadership practices to ensure high performance and professional development. Oversee acquisition integration processes to ensure smooth transitions during mergers or acquisitions. Drive organizational restructuring initiatives to optimize operational efficiency and support company growth objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to develop long-term HR strategies that align with overall business goals. Skills Extensive knowledge of employment law and HR compliance standards. Proven experience in senior management roles within Human Resources or related fields. Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead teams effectively and influence at all levels of the organization. Excellent interpersonal skills for managing employee relations and fostering a positive workplace culture. Strategic thinking capabilities to develop innovative HR solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Experience in organizational restructuring, acquisition integration, and change management processes. Ability to analyze complex situations and develop practical solutions while maintaining compliance with legal standards. Exceptional communication skills for clear articulation of policies, procedures, and strategic initiatives. Pay:
$150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
