In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human capital management, ensuring that our HR practices align with organizational goals and legal requirements. Your energetic leadership will drive talent acquisition, employee development, and organizational design, creating a positive workplace culture that empowers employees at every level. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives, including workforce planning and organizational design. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing channels, overseeing applicant tracking systems (ATS), conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding processes such as employee orientation. Administer employee evaluation programs, performance management systems, and training & development initiatives to promote continuous growth. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts proactively, ensuring effective communication, and fostering a positive work environment. Oversee benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with employment & labor laws such as FMLA and OSHA regulations. Utilize HRIS platforms like Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM for data collection, reporting, and HR data entry to support strategic decision-making. Coordinate compliance activities including affirmative action planning, OSHA safety protocols, and contract management to uphold legal standards. Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or related roles with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Familiarity with employment & labor law compliance, workers' compensation procedures, and OSHA standards. Demonstrated ability in change management, project management, and strategic planning within HR functions. Expertise in talent acquisition strategies utilizing ATS tools such as iCIMS or Taleo; experience with social media management for recruiting is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to handle conflict management effectively and foster positive employee relations. Proficiency in HRIS systems like Workday, ADP, Paychex, UltiPro or Kronos; experience with payroll processing is desirable. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in data collection, contract administration, and administrative tasks. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications such as SHRM-CP or PHR are preferred.
