Job Description
While performing the duties of this job, the Plant HR Manager is regularly required to: Stand, walk, and move throughout the manufacturing facility, including production, warehouse, office, and outdoor areas, for extended periods of time Sit intermittently to perform administrative, planning, and reporting functions Use hands and fingers to operate computers, phones, office equipment, and other standard business tools Reach with hands and arms and occasionally bend, stoop, or crouch while observing operations or engaging employees on the production floor Must be able to travel occasionally to manufacturing sites, corporate offices or offsite meetings as business needs require. The Plant HR Manager may occasionally be required to lift and/or move materials such as files, training materials, personal protective equipment, or office supplies. Lifting is generally limited and incidental to the role and does not involve continuous or production level of physical exertion.
Specific sensory abilities required include:
Vision, with or without correction, sufficient to review documents, observe working conditions, and monitor compliance Hearing, with or without correction, sufficient to communicate effectively with employees and leaders in both office and manufacturing environments This role requires standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs. Work Environment This position is based primarily in a manufacturing plant environment and requires regular presence on the production floor. The employee may be exposed to moderate noise, moving mechanical parts, and temperature variations Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is required when accessing designated areas of the facility. Work schedules could include nights, weekends and/or holidays to provide the ability to support a 24/7 or a 24/5 manufacturing environment as business needs dictate. Engagement in our Integrated Work Systems Ensure adherence to all plant standards and procedures (including but not limited to GMP, AIB, FDA, Quality, Safety, Finance, ISO, HOPE, Danone Behaviors, Daily Direction Setting, and Driving OE). As a fundamental leader within the organization, own the implementation and deployment of the Integrated Work Systems (IWS) framework or equivalent continuous improvement systems across all plant types. This includes driving core pillars such as Leadership Foundation, Daily Direction Setting, Driving Operational Excellence, Autonomous and Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, Education and Training, Environmental Health and Safety, Quality, and Supply Network. The objective is to build a culture of ownership of space, performance (Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Mobilization, Nature), and continuous improvement regardless of system maturity.Compensation & Benefits:

The following qualifications outline what we're looking for, including both required and preferred criteria:Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (required). A master's degree and/orSPHR/SHRM-SCP
certifications are preferred. A minimum of 5+ years of progressive HR experience required. At least 3 years union/labor relations experience within a manufacturing / industrial / supply chain environment, required.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Computer proficiency in MS Office products (including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point), required. Experience with Ceridian Dayforce is a plus. Strong working knowledge of HR fundamentals, compliance, and employment law, policies and processes. Strong leadership and team development capabilities. Demonstrated ability building and leveraging strong relationships while influencing, persuading, and inspiring diverse teams, required. Possess professional agility, the ability to deal with ambiguity, and adaptability in a fast-changing business environment, required. Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lead with respect, confidence, and managerial courage in challenging environments, required. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to partner with plant leadership to develop and execute a long-term strategic plan and vision for the plant. Demonstrated ability to build quantifiable metrics, while analyzing and interpreting data. Demonstrated expertise in labor and employee relations, including investigations, grievances, and contract administration (as applicable).Demonstrated ability to role model Danone's values and behaviors. Ability to support a 24/7 manufacturing environment as business needs dictate.
