Human Resources Manager
Job Description
Core Responsibilities:
HR Operations & Employee Experience Act as the primary point of contact for all internal and temporary staff members. Deliver daily HR guidance to help resolve workplace inquiries and employee concerns. Educate temporary workers on available benefits, company policies, and service offerings. Facilitate employee relations discussions while ensuring all interactions are properly documented. Manage the end-to-end offboarding process across all internal systems. Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and maintain necessary personnel records. Handle unemployment claim filings and subsequent follow-up tasks. Oversee the processing of garnishment documentation for both current and former staff. Onboarding & New Hire Support Enhance the new hire experience to ensure a smooth transition into the company. Perform regular check-ins to support new employees during their initial period. Provide training and escalation support for our onboarding specialist team. Audit onboarding workflows to identify and resolve process gaps. Keep all job descriptions and personnel files up to date. Support the successful integration of both corporate and temporary hires. Recruitment Operations Assist with internal hiring efforts from the initial job posting to candidate outreach. Organize interview schedules and manage follow-up communications with applicants. Help maintain recruitment pipelines and manage active job postings. Monitor hiring progress to identify and address urgent staffing needs. Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience. Performance Management & Employee Development Coordinate the execution of 90-day and annual performance review cycles. Monitor the completion of evaluations and ensure managers provide timely feedback. Partner with leadership to create effective performance coaching and development plans. Support the tracking of employee growth initiatives to foster professional development. Provide administrative assistance to leadership regarding performance documentation. Organize workplace training sessions, including harassment prevention programs. Culture, Engagement & Wellness Design and implement initiatives to boost employee recognition and team cohesion. Coordinate wellness programs and various company-wide HR events. Create and distribute the monthly HR newsletter to keep staff informed. Drive initiatives aimed at improving employee retention and the overall workplace experience. Analyze engagement survey data to suggest actionable improvements. Contribute to the strategic planning of annual engagement and retention goals. Systems, Reporting & Compliance Manage HR project workflows and requests using Monday.com. Oversee Ringover operations, including user management and performance monitoring. Perform quality assurance audits and test calls as required. Process and track all WOTC requirements. Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual HR reports. Serve as a backup for PAI and new hire reporting requirements. Support annual compliance audits and 5500-related filings. Maintain high standards for HR recordkeeping across all digital platforms. Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with Avionté is required. At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or related management roles. Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues. Background in supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. Proficiency in HRIS and database management for accurate recordkeeping. Experience maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational abilities to manage competing deadlines. High attention to detail to ensure precise HR documentation. Ability to work autonomously while collaborating with payroll, leadership, and recruiters. Comfort working in a high-volume, fast-paced professional environment. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience in a staffing agency or with a temporary workforce. Advanced proficiency in Avionté Front Office and assignment management. Experience supporting both temporary and corporate employee populations. Familiarity with Monday.com, Ringover, WOTC, unemployment, and garnishments. Knowledge of multi-state employment laws and compliance standards. Experience in coordinating employee engagement and training programs. The successful candidate will act as a reliable partner to leadership, recruiters, payroll, and onboarding teams, helping to cultivate a consistent and positive experience for every employee throughout their entire tenure, from initial recruitment to final offboarding.
