Human Resources Manager Job Duties:
The Human Resources Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the following major areas: employee relations, investigations, complaints, employment disputes, leaves of absences, and compliance with labor laws.
Location:
This position will be in a Hybrid work environment remote with weekly visits to assigned campuses, occasional travel outside area.
Schedule:
Full-Time Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or similar applicable field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist/ Employee Relations. A basic understanding of laws applicable to California employers, including but not limited to wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, and protected absences. HR Certification preferred.
