Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager-HR to lead our HR initiatives and foster a thriving organizational culture. This role is vital in shaping talent acquisition strategies, managing contracted physicians relations, and ensuring compliance with employment and independent contractor laws. As a key member of the leadership team, you will drive HR programs that support organizational growth, enhance contractor and employee engagement, and streamline HR operations. Your energetic approach and expertise will empower our workforce and contribute to our long-term success. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent. Oversee contracted physician orientation process to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization. Manage physician scheduling and operations logistics to meet service obligations with the facilities, fulfill performance management processes, including contractor and employee evaluations, goal setting, and succession planning to foster continuous development. Lead conflict management initiatives and contractor/employee relations efforts to maintain a positive workplace environment. Design organization structures and conduct change management processes to support strategic planning and process improvement initiatives. Supervise HR sourcing activities, including recruiting, ensuring effective staffing aligned with organizational needs. Qualifications Proven experience in supervising team of physicians with a strong background in human resources management and talent management practices. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, and independent contractor agreement, contractor onboarding process, performance and relationship management with physicians, compliance and risk management, and offboarding process. Demonstrated skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and contractor relations to foster a collaborative work environment. Strong organizational design skills combined with expertise in performance management and employee evaluation processes. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present effectively to senior leadership and influence change across the organization. Experience in training & development programs along with program management capabilities to enhance workforce skills.
Pay:
$72,000.00 - $96,000.00 per year
