Looking for an experienced Hotel Maintenance Engineer / skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of various equipment. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment Responds to guest calls and assists or repair as needed items in guest rooms in a fast and friendly manner. Perform general repairs and services in all maintenance related disciplines, including but not limited to locks, plumbing, electrical, general maintenance, etc. Adhere to hotel safety standards. Perform other duties and handle projects as assigned by Manager. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient maintenance operations Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs Must be a team player and be able to work well with others with the Engineering department as well as all other departments and outside contractors.

Qualifications:

Strong technical skills in electrical, plumbing, HVAC Excellent communication and customer service skills Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Certificates or equivalent in electrical, heating/air conditioning, HVAC-R, carpentry, plumbing, refrigerant recovery/handling preferred Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel preferred Must be able to work days, nights, weekends, and some holidays
