Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources & Payroll Manager to oversee our HR and payroll functions with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, and payroll administration, ensuring our workforce operates smoothly and aligns with organizational goals. Your leadership will foster a positive workplace culture, drive HR initiatives, and ensure regulatory adherence across all HR processes. You will report directly to the President & CFO, providing opportunities for career growth in an organization that is rapidly expanding. Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition efforts by developing sourcing strategies, managing recruiting processes, and conducting interviews to attract top talent. Oversee payroll processing using Rippling and ensuring accuracy and compliance of each payrun. Support employee onboarding and orientation programs. Support employee relations issues, misconduct investigations, conflict management, and performance evaluations. Support compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, Workers' Compensation procedures, and HR legal standards. Support strategies, succession planning, and process improvements to optimize human resources management. Support administration of benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information. Lead change management initiatives and program management efforts to enhance HR operations across the organization. Experience Experience in human resources and payroll functions. Background in talent acquisition, employee relations management, performance management, and benefits administration. Demonstrated expertise in payroll systems such as Rippling. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including senior leadership; adept at presentation skills and strategic thinking.
Pay:
$55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
