Human Resources Specialist / Manager

About Us We are a dietary supplement manufacturing company based in Irvine, California. As our team continues to grow, we are looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented HR / Recruiting Specialist to support our hiring efforts and day-to-day HR operations. Key Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, including job posting, resume screening, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and follow-up Maintain and optimize recruiting channels such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and community networks Support new hire onboarding, document collection, and employee file maintenance Assist with day-to-day HR administration and basic employee relations support Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and improve hiring efficiency Help maintain HR records, trackers, and internal documentation Support basic compliance-related HR processes and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in recruiting, HR, office administration, or related functions Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working in a small team environment with hands-on responsibilities Familiarity with recruiting platforms such as Indeed and LinkedIn Chinese language skills preferred ; bilingual in English and Chinese is a strong plus Experience in manufacturing, food, nutraceutical, supplement, or life sciences industries is preferred Basic knowledge of U.S. and/or California labor law, employment compliance, and HR processes is preferred Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting onboarding and employee documentation Experience working in a growing company or startup environment Ability to communicate professionally with candidates and internal team members Experience handling recruiting and basic HR operations in a small to mid-sized company Why Join Us Opportunity to grow with a developing company Hands-on role with broad exposure to recruiting and HR operations Collaborative team environment Compensation will be determined based on experience To apply, please send your resume or reach out directly for more information.
