Serve as primary HR point of contact for the Convene Health leaders. Lead employee relations intake, investigation, documentation, and outcomes. Manage performance management cycles, coaching, improvement plans, and talent reviews. Partner with Talent Acquisition partner on recruiting, onboarding, and workforce transitions. Provide compensation guidance, job architecture support, and pay equity insight. Ensure compliance across multi-state remote workforce, including ADA and leave coordination. Drive engagement efforts, monitor trends, and support culture initiatives. Use HRIS systems for reporting, case management, and HR operations.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field. 7+ years of progressive HR experience with remote or multi-state exposure. Expertise in employee relations, documentation, and compliance. Experience in leave management administration. Strong consulting, coaching, and influencing skills. Experience partnering with senior leaders, including CIOs. HR certification (SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR), preferred. Experience in healthcare, IT, revenue cycle, or shared-service environments, preferred. Experience with pay equity, salary structures, or technical talent markets, preferred.Benefits:
