Here's a summary of responsibilities: In partnership with the Director, People Operations, the Manager, People Systems & Analytics is responsible for the strategy, administration, and optimization of the organization's people systems and workforce analytics capabilities. This role serves as the primary owner of people technology, reporting, and workforce data, ensuring systems, processes, and insights effectively support organizational priorities and decision-making. The Manager also provides project management and analytical support for organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and other strategic People & Culture initiatives. Here's how you'll have an impact: People Systems & Technology Partner across People & Culture (P&C) to identify, implement, and optimize people technology solutions to support current and future workforce needs, improve operational efficiency, maximize technology investments, and strengthen organizational data integrity. Serve as the primary administrator and strategic owner of the organization's HRIS and related people systems, including security administration, system configuration and upgrades, workflows, file feeds and integrations, testing, and ongoing maintenance. Partner with P&C, IT, Payroll, Procurement, and external technology vendors to troubleshoot issues, evaluate system capabilities, manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations, and advance the people technology roadmap. Manage technology projects and system implementations by developing project plans, managing stakeholders and timelines, coordinating testing and training activities, and measuring outcomes to ensure successful adoption and impact. Develop and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, process maps, user guides, and governance practices to support scalability, compliance, and effective system utilization. People Analytics & Workforce Insights Develop and manage the organization's people analytics model, reporting framework, and workforce dashboards in collaboration with the Director to provide meaningful insights that support organizational priorities and business decision-making. Manage the creation and maintenance of new/innovative reporting platforms and technology solutions to convey data. Continually enhance data reporting capabilities and presentation to meet business needs and enhance the user experience. Explore capabilities of new market techniques and AI to support people data analytics. Construct compelling visualizations, presentations, and dashboards for leadership and other end users that transform workforce data into actionable insights, identify trends and opportunities, and measure the effectiveness of people programs and initiatives. Serve as the subject matter expert for workforce reporting and analytics, overseeing recurring and ad hoc reporting needs, data governance practices, compliance reporting, and end-user support and training. Organizational Effectiveness & Project Support Collaborate across the P&C team and manage projects to support organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, process improvement, and other initiatives. Provide project management expertise across the P&C team, including creating and tracking project plans, identifying success measures, collaborating with stakeholders, and supporting implementation. Perform other related duties as assigned. Here are the skills and experience you'll need to be effective: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field or equivalent work experience PHR or SHRM-CP preferred Certification in HR systems preferred Certification in project management preferred 5+ years of HR technology experience Experience administering HRIS platforms and managing system implementations, upgrades, or integrations Strong understanding of workforce analytics and data management Experience supporting organizational change, process improvement, or workforce planning initiatives preferred Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills Strong understanding of human resources and payroll processes Ability to interact professionally with all levels of team members and with external business contacts Ability to effectively communicate system functionality and complex data and technology concepts to team members Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data to identify trends and gather insights Proven attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset Strong proactive and responsive customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in business relationships and to exercise sound business judgment Strong business and financial acumen Passion for sport and the ideals of the Olympic and Paralympic Movement Here are the tools, equipment, & conditions: Standard office equipment Occasional domestic travel Regular attendance at work is an essential job function Here's where you'll work: Colorado Springs Downtown Headquarters / Hybrid Remote work options available Here's some more information you need to know: Hiring pay range $85,000 - $95,000 per year. This Full-Time, Exempt position is intended to work 40 hours per week.
Bonus:
This position will be eligible for the Annual Incentive Award Program, which has a 15% target. The USOPC may change or eliminate this program at any time at its sole discretion.
