Salmon & Associates is currently seeking a Project Engineer to join our team.

Travel Requirements:

Occasional office and site visits

Essential Functions:

Manage client relationships while overseeing recruiting operations for technical and engineering positions.

Partner with clients to identify workforce needs and deliver qualified engineering and technical talent.

Source, interview, and place candidates across multiple project locations.

Coordinate onboarding and compliance for employees working at client facilities.

Develop candidate proposals and coordinate hiring decisions with client leadership.

Participate in client safety meetings and ensure workforce adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications:

15+ years of relevant experience Relationship development skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Self-motivated, organized, and solution advocate

Attention to detail
