As our North American business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced and proactive People & Culture Business Partner to join our Raleigh team. This is a standalone role with broad responsibility across the full employee lifecycle. As the dedicated People & Culture lead for EDMI America, you will partner closely with leaders and employees to deliver people initiatives that support business growth, employee engagement, and organizational success. In addition to leading all people-related activities, you will provide oversight of office operations to ensure our Raleigh office remains a professional, welcoming, and well-managed workplace.
Duties:
Partner with business leaders on workforce planning and organizational growth. Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities across North America. Develop and strengthen EDMI's employer brand. Act as the primary HR contact for employees and managers. Manage employee lifecycle processes from hire to departure. Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and workplace matters. Maintain HR policies, records, and compliance documentation. Support compensation reviews, benefits administration, and payroll activities. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the Raleigh office. Coordinate office suppliers, facilities services, and workplace requirements. Support employee events, customer visits, and internal meetings. Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment.
What We're Looking For Essential:
Minimum 5 years' experience in a broad HR Generalist, HR Manager, or Business Partner role. Strong knowledge of US employment law and HR best practices. Experience operating independently in a standalone HR position. Significant recruitment and talent acquisition experience. Experience managing employee relations matters. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of the business.
Desirable:
SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent HR qualification. Multi-state HR experience. Experience with HiBob or other HRIS platforms.
