- We are united by purpose Position Summary The People & Culture Partner is a trusted, strategic advisor to business leaders and teams across our Corporate Enterprise.
- Serve as advisor, coach, and go-to people expert for assigned teams across the enterprise
- Lead regular touch-bases with business leaders on people, culture, growth and performance priorities
- Partner with senior leaders on workforce planning, org design, succession planning, and talent development
- Help teams and individuals navigate change while staying grounded in what matters most Organizational Development & Leadership
- Design and lead learning experiences that grow leaders at every level
- Facilitate workshops, trainings, and meetings that support team and organizational growth
- Shape training strategy across DE&I, leadership development, and individual growth
- Lead change management efforts at the team, area, and organizational level Culture & Values Ambassador

- Weave culture, values, and DE&I considerations into every aspect of the employee experience
- Design and evolve programs that deepen connection to our culture Employee Relations & Workplace Practices
- Guide career pathing conversations and support performance management, coaching, and Need For Performance Improvement (NFPI) processes
- Conduct stay and exit interviews and proactive focus groups to surface trends early
- Lead HR investigations with care, discretion, and fairness
- Coach leaders directly on onboarding plans and performance feedback
- Welcome new hires through onboarding/facilitating New Hire Orientation Data, Insights & Cross-Functional Partnership
- Track and analyze people data to inform strategy (DE&I metrics, turnover, retention themes, etc.)
- Stay current on future-of-work trends and workplace best practices
- Partner closely with Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, and Operations
- Lead and contribute to key P&C initiatives, including but not limited to Health & Safety, Development Dialogues, Employee Pulse Surveys Performs other related duties as required. Education B.A. in a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Required Experience What You Bring
- Minimum 3-5 years of progressive HR/People & Culture experience across a range of retail environments, inclusive of Warehouse
- Proven experience as a strategic business partner — comfortable coaching senior leaders and rolling up your sleeves on day-to-day employee relations
- Strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, and workplace investigations required
- Experience designing and/or facilitating learning, leadership development, or change management programs
- SHRM-CP/PHR or other accreditations a plus
- Working knowledge of DE&I best practices and how to embed them into everyday people practices
- Experience using data and trends (turnover, engagement, exit/stay themes) to shape recommendations
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills across all levels of an organization
- A genuine connection to sustainability, circularity, and values-driven business — and a desire to bring that to life through people practices
- Proficiency in Spanish required
- Ability to work 1-2 days on-site at Distribution Center in Secaucus and 1-2 days at corporate office in Irvington, NY
- Travel to additional locations may be required Reports to: Director of People & Culture The salary range for this role is $90,000 - 120,000/yr.
