Back to Job Search People & OD Business Partner About the role We are supporting a leading organisation in Yorkshire to recruit an experienced People & OD Business Partner on a 6-month contract, 29.6 hours per week. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HRBP to join an established People & OD team and provide high-quality HR advice, guidance and support to managers across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Provide HR Business Partnering support and advice across the employee lifecycle. Manage complex employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence and capability. Coach and challenge managers on people policies and employment legislation. Support TUPE transfers, organisational change, restructuring and changes to terms and conditions. Analyse people data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Support recruitment, HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Work collaboratively across the wider People & OD team. About You We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner with: Strong generalist HRBP experience. Excellent employee relations and employment law knowledge. Practical TUPE experience, essential/desirable depending on background. Experience supporting organisational change or restructuring. Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills. CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent). Experience using an integrated HR system; iTrent would be advantageous. Full UK driving licence. What is on offer The role is hybrid, with a minimum of one day per week in the office once established in the role, with more office attendance expected during the first two weeks. £44,615.52 (pro/rata) 6 month contract 29.6 hours per week Flexible across 5 days or 4 days, with Friday as a required working day Interviews are taking place early October.
