RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES

Analyze ER matters and recommend appropriate employment action to maintain a productive work environment, achieve optimal performance, and minimize risk. Initiate efforts and procedures to maintain data integrity, troubleshoot, and recommend solutions. Run reports related to ER services, review and analyze data, prepare reports on employee data, metrics and analytics, projects/tasks progress and make sound recommendations. Coach, advise and train managers and supervisors in best ER practices, strategies, and solutions for managing employee concerns and grievances. Communicate with employees regarding ER concerns; provide guidance and recommendations for resolution of issues. Collaborate with managers on employee performance issues, support corrective action process, and provide guidance where necessary. Stay current with federal, state, local, and applicable laws and regulations to ensure the Organization's compliance. Facilitate conflict resolution between employees and supervisors, working with all organization levels. Maintain an attitude and philosophy consistent with the company's standards and culture. Administrative duties and activities may be assigned or changed from time to time.
