Responsible Investment Program Manager

Experteer Overview As RI Program Manager, you lead the lifecycle of FIIG's ESG/Sustainable/Impact investment offerings, shaping roadmaps, product design, and external positioning. You'll collaborate across strategy, engagement, sales, and marketing teams to align with global ESG trends and client needs. You will translate regulatory developments into market-ready RI solutions and drive differentiation in institutional markets. This role offers impact through advancing responsible investing at scale and partnering with diverse teams to meet evolving client demands.

Compensation / Benefits

• Define ESG-product strategy, roadmaps, and business cases with stakeholders
• Conduct market and competitor analysis for ESG product design and enhancement
• Create external positioning, value propositions, and key responses for FI's ESG processes
• Support RI team in client/prospect requests and provide internal ESG expertise and training
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ESG regulatory trends, standards, and best practices
• Monitor external frameworks and labels (e.g., PRI) to gauge market standards and client preferences Tasks
• 5+ years in financial services; at least 3 years in ESG-product development, investment management, or manager research
• Strong understanding of global equity markets and institutional investors
• Proven knowledge of ESG investor and regulatory trends in EU (SFDR), UK, and US
• Passion for Responsible Investments and asset management
• Experience with FactSet, Morningstar, and ESG data providers Key requirements
