Occasional travel requiredPOSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Human Resources Business Partner is responsible for assisting with key HR programs and operations across all North American locations, with a primary focus on compensation and benefits administration and the management of third-party HR service providers. This role serves as a key partner to Plant Managers and Clerks, ensuring HR programs are administered consistently, accurately, and effectively. The position manages day-to-day relationships with outsourced payroll, benefits, HR technology, recruiting, and other HR vendors, while supporting compensation programs, and related HR processes. The Senior HRBP also provides broad HR support to employees and leaders and serves as a key connection between the HR Coordinator, HR Director, and Executive Leadership.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plant HR Partnership:
Partner directly with Plant Managers and Plant Clerks to support workforce needs, employee matters, HR processes, and application of Company policies. Maintain regular communication and plant visibility.Vendor Management:
Manage day-to-day relationships with outsourced payroll, benefits, HR technology, recruiting, and other HR vendors. Coordinate issues, implementations, renewals, and service needs and monitor vendor responsibilities.Payroll & Benefits:
Review and approve outsourced payroll through UKG and coordinate payroll issues and corrections. Serve as the internal contact for benefits providers and support the team for routine administration.Compensation Review:
Assist executive leadership in reviewing and processing various compensation tasks including merit increases, bonus payments, and job changes.Performance & Talent:
Coordinate performance management processes, monitor completion, and provide process guidance. Partner with leaders on staffing needs, job descriptions, interviews, and onboarding.Workday & UKG:
Support Workday and UKG systems, including transactions, reporting, data accuracy, workflows, testing, troubleshooting, and process improvements.HR Projects:
Support HR initiatives, process improvements, system implementations, integrations, policy updates, and other projects as assigned.QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. 7+ years of progressive HR experience with broad HR responsibilities. Experience partnering with operational leaders; multi-site or manufacturing experience preferred. Experience working with HR vendors or outsourced service providers. Working knowledge of payroll, benefits, HRIS, and HR processes. Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and exercise sound judgment. Willingness to learn, take initiative, and expand HR knowledge. Workday and UKG experience preferred. SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, or comparable certification preferred.Job Type:
