WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Sr. HRIS Manager serves as a senior individual contributor and subject-matter expert responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing complex HR technology solutions that support HR and business objectives This role independently leads medium-to-large, cross-functional HRIS initiatives, translates complex business requirements into scalable solutions, and provides expert guidance on system architecture, integrations, data governance, security, and platform capabilities. Through technical expertise and influence, the role partners with vendors and various business stakeholders to deliver reliable, compliant, and sustainable HR technology solutions.HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT HR
Technology Strategy & Governance Advise HR leadership on the strategic use of HR technology, providing expert recommendations on solution design, investment priorities, risks, and opportunities to advance HR and business objectives. Evaluate emerging technologies, system dependencies, and operational risks and recommend solutions that improve integration, automation, data quality, and user experience. Develop and recommend standards and controls for HR data, security, privacy, system configuration, architecture, change management, and regulatory compliance in alignment with enterprise requirements. Lead complex, cross-functional HR technology initiatives, coordinating stakeholders and applying subject-matter expertise to deliver measurable and sustainable business outcomes. Serve as the primary HRIS subject-matter expert for vendor and consultant engagements, evaluating solutions, monitoring deliverables, and escalating performance or service concerns as appropriate. HR System Management & Administration Serve as the senior functional and technical expert for the administration and optimization of HR platforms including HRMS, Recruiting, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning, and other related applications. Independently lead complex system configurations, platform enhancements, releases, and deployments with broad organizational impact. Monitor platform performance, availability, data integrity, security, and control effectiveness. Diagnose and resolve complex or unprecedented system issues in partnership with internal stakeholders and vendors. Analyze cross-functional HR, technology, data, and operational requirements to design scalable solutions that address root causes, improve processes, and support sustainable business outcomes Develop system documentation, operating procedures, and configuration standards. Provide expert guidance and knowledge transfer to HRIS users and project stakeholders. Integrations & Technical Solutions Independently lead the design, development, implementation, and optimization of complex integrations across HR, enterprise, vendor, and external platforms. Analyze system and data requirements to develop secure, scalable, and sustainable technical solutions that improve data flow, automation, and operational effectiveness. Partner with IT, Information Security, Data Governance, and business leaders to ensure solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, privacy, controls, performance, and regulatory compliance. Provide expert recommendations on HR system architecture, integration patterns, technical dependencies, and new technology solutions within established enterprise frameworks. Diagnose and resolve complex integration, interface, and data issues. Identify root causes and implement solutions that reduce operational risk and improve system reliability. Provide technical leadership and expert guidance to internal teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders throughout solution architecture, implementation, and lifecycle management. QualificationsWHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ROLE
Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience designing, implementing, and optimizing complex HRIS solutions. Large-scale HCM and HR technology platform experience (i.e. Oracle Fusion, ADP, Taleo) Functional knowledge of HR practices and processes. Experience designing, implementing, and supporting complex HR system integrations. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. Oracle Fusion HCM certifications related to Core HCM, Global HR, Compensation, Talent Management preferred. Deep understanding of HRIS architecture, administration, and system lifecycle management. Strong knowledge of HR processes including recruiting, onboarding, performance management, compensation, organizational management, and employee data administration. Advanced knowledge of HR data governance, privacy, security, and compliance requirements. Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business, system, and data requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and sustainable technical solutions. Strong project management and change management skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Ability to influence stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and drive accountability. Proven technical leadership, mentoring, and knowledge-transfer abilities.
