  • Full-time We are seeking a Workforce Coordinator take on the role in arranging staffing coverage, building working relationship with direct support staff and conduct satisfaction check ins.
The position also supervises float/substitute staff and arrange for replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage. Some duties include:
Coordinate master schedules and assuring adequate staffing in assigned agency departments. Coordinate substitute and float staff departments, including providing feedback and ensuring satisfaction. Scheduling replacement staff to provide vacancy coverage. Approving, tracking, and reporting various time and payroll metrics. Processing staff call-offs and providing coverage solutions. Participating in weekend on-call Some qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a human service or business-related field, preferred. One to two years of prior experience of a similar scope One to two years supervisory experience Ability to communicate effectively and professionally through verbal and written mediums. Strong computer skills and ability to learn and be proficient in scheduling software. Flexibility in assigned working locations and hours.
