Schedule:
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
Salary:
70k-80k annually
Responsibilities:
Manage daily HR activities and provide support to employees and facility leadership. Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members. Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring employee pay and hours are properly recorded. Maintain organized and confidential personnel files and employee records. Address employee questions, concerns, and workplace issues in a professional manner. Assist with performance management and employee documentation. Support employee retention, engagement, and recognition initiatives. Help ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist with benefits administration and employee questions regarding HR programs. Participate in audits, reporting, and other HR projects as needed. Partner with facility leadership to support staffing needs and overall operational goals.
Qualifications:
Previous Human Resources experience in a healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, or similar setting preferred. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish positive working relationships with employees and leadership. Ability to handle employee relations concerns with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage confidential information. Comfortable balancing multiple responsibilities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Working knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and workplace compliance requirements. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. Experience with Microsoft Office and payroll systems preferred. Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with facility leadership and staff.
