Full-time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.Salary:
$65,000-$70,000 per year, based on experience Joy Home Care is seeking an organized, professional, and dependable Bilingual Human Resources Manager to join our growing team. The candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish and will work closely with management to oversee employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, disciplinary matters, and daily HR operations.Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, and hire qualified employees Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and employment documentation Manage employee performance, attendance, complaints, and workplace concerns Prepare disciplinary notices, performance-improvement plans, and terminations Maintain accurate employee records and monitor required credentials Assist with unemployment claims and workers' compensation matters Communicate clearly with employees in both English and Spanish Protect confidential employee and company information Help ensure compliance with company policies and federal and Rhode Island employment laws Work closely with managers to resolve staffing and employee-relations issues Perform other HR-related duties as assignedQualifications:
Fluency in English and Spanish is required At least three years of human resources or employee-management experience Home care, healthcare, or high-volume workforce experience strongly preferred Knowledge of recruitment, disciplinary procedures, terminations, and employment compliance Strong communication, organization, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and confidentially Experience using HR, payroll, and employee-management systems Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field preferredPay:
