Human Resources Manager Join Our Team at Richland County First Steps! Richland County First Steps is seeking an experienced, people-centered Human Resources Manager to join our leadership team. This is an exciting opportunity for a human resources professional who is passionate about building a positive workplace culture, supporting employee growth, and helping an organization fulfill its mission to improve outcomes for children and families. As our Human Resources Manager, you will lead all HR functions, including recruitment and onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, workforce development, and HR systems management. You will play a vital role in fostering a high-performing, collaborative work environment while ensuring compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.What We're Looking For:
3 years Human Resources experience with increasing levels of responsibility Knowledge of employment law, compliance, benefits, and payroll administration Strong communication, conflict resolution, and relationship-building skills Experience with HRIS and data management systems Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred SHRM or HRCI certification preferred Why Join Richland County First Steps?
