Job Title:
Assistant Human Resources Manager Job Summary The Assistant Human Resources Manager supports the HR department in managing various personnel functions within the organization. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff, providing HR-related guidance to supervisors, and ensuring compliance with company policies. The position plays a vital part in maintaining a positive work environment by handling employee relations, record-keeping, and HR inquiries efficiently. Duties Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff to ensure effective management of the facility. Provides constructive advice on HR matters to supervisors to support operational needs. Handles discipline and termination procedures in accordance with company policies. Supports all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests promptly and professionally. Maintains digital and electronic records of employees accurately and securely. Assists with the recruitment process by identifying suitable candidates, performing reference checks, and coordinating interviews. Contributes to employee onboarding programs to facilitate smooth integration into the organization. Supports ongoing employee development initiatives and performance management processes. Skills Strong understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with staff at all levels. Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and record management software. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records. Problem-solving skills to address employee concerns and HR challenges effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay:
$62,500.00 - $65,000.00 per year
