Company Overview General Summary:
Provide leadership and oversight to the retail labor expense line item by managing the implementation and administration of the new Workforce Management system. Manage the drivers that impact forecasting, scheduling and optimization of the system.
Job Details Duties & Responsibilities:
Forecasting sales and labor utilizing all drivers for labor optimization. Development and Maintenance of new engineered labor studies and financial modeling regimens that forecast trends as business shifts. The management of productivity drivers and partnering with Field Mgmt to remediate. Financial measurement and initiative management around processes and key productivity drivers. Ad hoc reporting and project management with regard to labor workforce deployment and task management. Development of new Time and Attendance Lost Sales measures and analytical tools. Development of slack hour task assignment tools. Development of ongoing data drivers more dynamic with business model changes. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs): Strong IT knowledge. Project management skills. Financial acumen. Labor planning and workforce management knowledge. MS Office proficiency (advanced in spreadsheet and database applications).
Qualifications Work Experience &/or Education:
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred. At least 2 years of labor management experience required. Retail management experience required.
