Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to lead our staffing company's branch expansion efforts in the area. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with strong industry relationships and proven sales expertise. As a selling Branch Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing daily operations, and fostering client and candidate relationships to establish our presence in the region. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market share while ensuring operational excellence. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic plans to grow the branch's market presence and client base within the staffing industry. Leverage existing industry relationships to generate new business opportunities and secure staffing contracts. Manage day-to-day operations of the branch, including overseeing staff, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high service standards. Lead sales efforts by actively identifying prospects, presenting solutions, and closing deals to meet growth targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry partners to foster long-term collaborations. Monitor branch performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement improvements to optimize productivity and profitability. Recruit, train, and develop staff members to ensure a high-performing team aligned with company goals. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards across all branch activities. Experience Proven track record in sales within the staffing or related industries is essential; experience in building new client relationships is highly valued. Strong existing industry relationships that can be leveraged for immediate growth are preferred. Prior management experience leading a team or branch is desirable but not mandatory if accompanied by significant sales success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and candidates. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic plans and execute them effectively in a competitive environment.
