Travel Required. Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic HR Director to lead and oversee all human resources functions for a growing multi-specialty dental organization in Texas. This individual will play a key leadership role in developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational growth, employee engagement, recruitment, retention, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience, a hands-on approach to human resources, and the ability to support a diverse and growing workforce across multiple dental specialties and locations.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee all human resources operations for a multi-specialty dental organization. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and initiatives that support organizational goals and growth. Oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, employee retention, and workforce planning. Partner with executive leadership and department managers to provide strategic HR guidance and support. Manage employee relations, performance management, coaching, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes. Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Oversee compensation, benefits, incentive programs, and employee engagement initiatives. Develop strategies to improve employee retention, workplace culture, and overall team satisfaction. Support leadership development and training initiatives across the organization. Maintain accurate HR records, reporting, and personnel documentation. Travel is required to support clinic locations, leadership teams, and employees throughout Texas.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Previous HR leadership experience required, preferably as an HR Director, Senior HR Manager, or similar leadership role. Experience supporting multi-location healthcare, dental, medical, or professional service organizations strongly preferred. Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements. Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and growing organization. Must be willing and able to travel as required.Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary:
