3008189252-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Clinical Pathology Laboratories, Inc. seeks a Human Resources Business Partner to support healthcare leaders and staff in a fast-paced diagnostic laboratory environment. This role aligns HR strategy with operational goals, advising on employee relations, performance management, and workforce planning. The HRBP leads talent initiatives, supports recruitment and onboarding, and ensures compliance with employment laws and healthcare regulations. Partnering closely with managers, this position drives engagement, culture, and change initiatives while leveraging HR metrics to improve patient-focused service and organizational effectiveness. Responsibilities Serve as strategic HR partner to lab and clinical leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and corrective actions Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning for clinical and support roles Coach managers on leadership, engagement, and change management in a healthcare setting Administer compensation, benefits, and HR policies in alignment with regulations and CPL standards Ensure compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, and company policies Lead HR components of organizational change, culture, and engagement initiatives Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and recommend data-driven solutions Facilitate training on HR policies, performance, and employee development Partner with leadership to support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts Required Skills Employee relations Performance management Talent acquisition Workforce planning HR policy administration HRIS and HR data analysis Employment law and compliance Change management Compensation and benefits administration Training and facilitation
