We're seeking an experienced HR Director to join our leadership team and help shape the next phase of our growth. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll lead the organization's HR strategy and the HR operations. This is an influential, hands-on leadership opportunity for an HR executive who wants to make a meaningful impact on people, culture, and organizational growth. Key Responsibilities Lead talent acquisition, hiring, onboarding, retention, and workforce planning initiatives. Oversee employee relations, performance management, disciplinary matters, and HR compliance. Ensure compliance with federal and Texas employment laws and applicable healthcare regulations. Manage HR policies, personnel records, credential tracking, and regulatory readiness. Partner with the CEO and leadership team on workforce strategy, organizational development, culture, and leadership development. Oversee compensation, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and PEO relationships. Support employee health, workplace safety, workers' compensation, and employee engagement initiatives. Manage HR systems, reporting, budgeting, and day-to-day HR operations across the organization. Requirements 5-7 years of HR experience in healthcare. Minimum 2 years in an HR leadership role. Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR compliance. Experience managing HR operations across multiple facilities. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Preferred SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification preferred. Experience with physician recruitment and healthcare regulatory surveys.
