Job Description
Qualifications The required qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree At least five years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated success supporting a broad range of HR functions. Working knowledge of federal and state employment and labor laws. Experience managing employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations. Financial and analytical acumen to develop and administer compensation programs, including annual bonus, sales incentive, spot recognition, and merit programs. Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills, with sound judgment and the ability to present recommendations persuasively and credibly. A collaborative style and the ability to earn trust and build effective relationships at every level of the organization. Strong organization, attention to detail, time management, project management, and follow-through. Initiative and agility to work independently, manage competing priorities, and deliver timely results. Strong problem-solving, collaboration, coaching, influencing, conflict-resolution, and facilitation skills. Ability to analyze information, synthesize findings, recommend solutions, and engage appropriate stakeholders. Ability to balance company, customer, and employee needs. Proficiency with Microsoft O365, HRIS, and payroll systems; familiarity with AI and compliance considerations in the HR space. Valid driver's license and ability to travel (up to 10%). Ability to work on-site five days per week.Additional preferred qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. Human resources certification, such as PHR or SPHR. Experience in the service, construction, or a related industry.
