Job Summary The Manager-Compensation oversees, manages, and participates in the administration, implementation, abd oversight of the City of Dallas compensation plans and programs that support the overall compensation strategy facilitating fair and equitable compensation practices. Job Description
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business/Public Administration, or Social Science field. Experience Four (4) years of professional-level experience in compensation and job analysis/evaluation AND Three (3) years of management/supervisory responsibilities Equivalencies High school diploma or GED plus eight (8) years of the required experience, including three (3) years of the stated supervisory/management responsibilities, will meet the education and experience requirements. Associate degree in any field plus six (6) years of the required experience, including three (3) years of the stated supervisory/management responsibilities, will meet the education and experience requirements. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a non-specified field plus six (6) years of the required experience, including three (3) years of the stated supervisory/management responsibilities, will meet the education and experience requirements. Master's degree (or higher) in a specified field, plus two (2) years of the required experience, including three (3) years of the stated supervisory/management responsibilities, will meet the education and experience requirements. License Valid driver's license and good driving record. Salary Range $89,440.00
