Standard Business Hours Travel:

Approximately 40% across Texas Kodiak is seeking an experienced Bilingual HR Manager (English/Spanish) to support our growing Texas operations. This is a field-oriented HR leadership position supporting a large hourly and skilled-trades workforce across active job sites, fabrication facilities, and operational locations. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys being close to operations rather than sitting behind a desk. You will partner directly with operational leaders and employees while taking ownership of employee relations, workplace investigations, workers' compensation, compliance, and other critical HR functions.
