The ideal candidate will have proven experience in healthcare staffing, recruitment, or B2B sales and will be responsible for driving new client acquisition, building strong healthcare partnerships, and generating revenue growth. The role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with healthcare organizations and key decision-makers, presenting staffing solutions, negotiating contracts, and expanding existing client accounts. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, healthcare systems, and other healthcare organizations Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, industry research, and other business development activities Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, hiring managers, procurement teams, and healthcare executives Understand client staffing requirements and present appropriate clinical and allied healthcare staffing solutions Conduct sales presentations, client meetings, and business development calls Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and service agreements with prospective and existing clients Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects Track leads, client interactions, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM/ATS systems Collaborate closely with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure client requirements are fulfilled effectively and on time Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets Identify opportunities to expand services and increase business within existing accounts Monitor healthcare staffing trends, market demand, and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities Provide regular updates on pipeline activity, sales performance, and business development progress Required Qualifications & Skills Proven 3+ years' experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within healthcare staffing or recruitment Strong understanding of healthcare staffing models , including clinical, allied health, travel nursing, per diem, or related staffing services Demonstrated ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills Strong client-facing and consultative sales approach Experience managing sales pipelines and using CRM/ATS platforms Ability to work independently and manage multiple prospects and opportunities Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Experience working with U.S. healthcare staffing clients Established network of healthcare organizations, HR professionals, hiring managers, or other healthcare decision-makers Experience selling staffing solutions for hospitals, clinics, long-term care, or health systems Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred What We're Looking For We're looking for a relationship-driven and results-oriented business development professional who can identify opportunities, open new accounts, and build long-term partnerships with healthcare clients.
