What You Will Work On As a District Manager in Human Resources, you'll lead HR strategy across multiple districts, ensuring that people practices are seamlessly integrated into business operations. You'll partner with district leadership to provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent acquisition, and compliance, while driving initiatives that strengthen team member engagement and retention. Your role will focus on creating innovative solutions to complex HR challenges, leveraging data insights to influence decisions and improve organizational performance. You'll manage employee relations with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach, conducting thorough investigations and coaching leaders to foster a positive work environment. From succession planning to performance assessments, you'll play a key role in shaping leadership development and supporting career growth. Additionally, you'll lead cross-functional HR projects and rollouts, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and delivering measurable impact across the organization. Who You Will Work With You'll collaborate closely with District Managers, store leadership teams, and corporate HR partners to deliver exceptional HR support. Your relationships will span across multiple business units, giving you the opportunity to influence leaders and advocate for team member success. Together, you'll create a culture that prioritizes development, accountability, and operational excellence. Expect to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where partnership and communication are key. You'll also engage with Talent Acquisition, Compensation, and other HR specialists to implement strategies that attract and retain top talent while maintaining compliance and consistency across districts. What You Bring Bring your energy, your ideas, and your love for sports and the outdoors. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
