We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our manufacturing leadership team. This position serves as the primary HR leader for the facility, partnering closely with plant leadership to foster a positive workplace culture, strengthen employee engagement, and support business objectives through effective people strategies. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation administration, HR compliance, and workforce planning. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys building strong relationships across all levels of the organization. This role will also support workplace safety initiatives and regulatory compliance; however, the primary focus of the position is Human Resources leadership and employee support.

General Manager and Regional HR Director Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Leadership Serve as the primary HR resource and trusted advisor for employees, supervisors, and managers. Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR programs that support organizational goals and employee engagement. Promote a positive, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture. Provide guidance on employee relations matters, performance management, attendance, disciplinary actions, promotions, transfers, and workforce planning. Ensure consistent interpretation and application of company policies, procedures, and employment practices. Conduct workplace investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations issues. Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Support employee development initiatives, including training programs, leadership development, and succession planning. Analyze workforce trends and HR metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and support business decisions. Prepare and maintain HR reports, records, and documentation. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Manage full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, background checks, and offer administration. Develop and maintain relationships with local schools, workforce organizations, community partners, and recruiting resources. Coordinate and facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation programs. Support workforce planning initiatives to meet current and future staffing needs. Compensation, Benefits & HR Administration Assist with the administration of compensation and benefit programs in alignment with company philosophy. Support payroll-related processes and employee benefit communications. Ensure HR records, personnel files, and HRIS data are maintained accurately and confidentially. Partner with corporate HR on policy updates, program implementation, and compliance initiatives. Employee Engagement & Community Relations Develop programs and initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace satisfaction. Support community outreach activities, job fairs, and local hiring partnerships. Foster productive relationships between employees and management through open communication and collaboration. Safety & Compliance Support Support facility safety initiatives and training programs. Assist with maintaining required safety records and regulatory documentation. Participate in safety meetings, workplace inspections, and incident investigations as needed. Partner with leadership to promote a culture of accountability and workplace well-being. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 5-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience. Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and employee relations. Experience with recruitment, performance management, investigations, and policy administration. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience working with HRIS and applicant tracking systems. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Human Resources experience within a manufacturing environment. Bilingual English/Spanish. Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
). Experience utilizing HR analytics and workforce reporting. OSHA 30, First Aid, or CPR certifications are a plus.
