Full-time Overview We are seeking an experienced Staffing Operations Manager to lead and establish our new office presence in Midland, TX. In this role, you will oversee day-to-day office operations, drive account alignment, enforce compliance, and serve as the primary operational liaison to central onboarding, contractor success, safety and compliance teams.
Responsibilities Operations Management:
Oversee daily operations including administration, financial/timekeeping workflows, account alignment, and overall operational efficiency to support growth targets.
Client & Contractor Relations:
Build strong relationships with client stakeholders. Handle account escalations, client feedback, contract adherence, and overall service delivery satisfaction.
Safety & HSE Compliance:
Serve as the primary point of contact for client HSE directors and safety personnel. Ensure all assigned contractors maintain full compliance with ISNetworld, fit-for-duty standards, and DISA background screenings prior to placement.
Audit & Risk Management:
Monitor contractor documentation, client pricebooks, and compliance to ensure full alignment with Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and safety regulations.
Incident Management:
Coordinate workplace incident intake, post-accident drug testing protocols, and client reporting in alignment with corporate safety standards and OSHA requirements. Required Qualifications 5+ years of progressive operational leadership experience within the oilfield staffing industry. Strong working knowledge of commercial staffing operations, client contract management, and safety compliance. Proven ability to launch and manage office operations independently in a fast-paced market. Deep knowledge of Permian Basin vendor compliance platforms (ISNetworld, PEC Premier, DISA, Veriforce).
