Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Human Resources Manager oversees the company's HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, benefits, compliance, and employee development. This role partners with leadership and department managers to support employees, maintain HR policies and processes, and foster a positive, productive, and accountable workplace.

Objectives:
Develop and Maintain Effective HR Policies, Procedures, and Processes That Support Company Goals and Organizational Growth Manage the Full Employee Lifecycle, Including Recruiting, Interviewing, Hiring, Onboarding, Performance Management, Development, and Offboarding Serve as a Trusted Resource for Employees and Managers Regarding Workplace Policies, Employee Relations, Performance Concerns, and HR Processes Partner With Leadership and Department Managers to Address Employee Performance, Attendance, Conduct, and Workplace Concerns Maintain Accurate and Confidential Employee Records, Documentation, and HR Information Ensure Compliance with Applicable Federal, State, and Local Employment Laws and Regulations Develop and Implement Employee Engagement, Retention, Recognition, and Professional Development Initiatives Establish Consistent Performance Management Practices, Including Reviews, Goal Setting, Corrective Action, and Performance Improvement Plans Manage Benefits Administration and Serve as a Primary Point of Contact for Employee Benefit Questions and Enrollment Processes Develop and Maintain a Structured Onboarding and Offboarding Process That Provides a Consistent Employee Experience Support Managers with Hiring Decisions, Interview Processes, Job Descriptions, Compensation Discussions, and Employee Development Monitor Workplace Culture and Identify Opportunities to Improve Communication, Collaboration, Accountability, and Employee Satisfaction Maintain Current Knowledge of Employment Laws, HR Best Practices, and Organizational Policies. Provide Leadership with HR Insights, Reporting, and Recommendations Related to
