Job Description
Job Overview We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results-driven individual to help grow our presence throughout the San Antonio market. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who loves meeting new people, opening doors, building professional relationships, and turning conversations into long-term business partnerships. You will be responsible for identifying companies with hiring needs, introducing our staffing services, and developing new client accounts.

What you will do:
Prospect and develop new business opportunities throughout the San Antonio market. Identify companies that could benefit from temporary, temp-to-hire, and direct-hire staffing solutions. Make outbound calls and conduct consistent sales outreach to prospective clients. Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and onsite visits. Build relationships with hiring managers, HR professionals, business owners, and decision-makers. Conduct cold calls and in-person prospecting to generate new leads and appointments. Attend networking events and develop referral opportunities within the local business community. Learn each prospective client's hiring challenges and recommend appropriate staffing solutions. Prepare proposals, negotiate service agreements, and help convert prospects into active clients. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospective clients throughout the sales process. Partner closely with the recruiting team to ensure new client orders are filled successfully. Maintain an active sales pipeline and track prospecting activity, appointments, proposals, and new accounts. Meet and exceed established business development and revenue goals.What we are looking for:
Previous experience in business development, B2B sales, staffing, recruiting, outside sales, or professional services sales preferred. Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills. Confident making cold calls and approaching new businesses. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Professional, outgoing, and comfortable meeting with decision-makers. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline. Persistent and comfortable hearing "no" while continuing to pursue new opportunities. Strong follow-up and organizational skills. We're looking for a hunter, someone who gets excited about finding the next opportunity rather than waiting for business to come to them. The right person is naturally curious, comfortable starting conversations, persistent with follow-up, and able to build credibility with clients. You should enjoy being out in the community, developing relationships, and seeing your efforts directly contribute to company growth.Pay:
