Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR initiatives and foster a high-performance organizational culture. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development. Your leadership will drive strategic planning, streamline HR processes, and ensure the alignment of HR practices with our company's goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our workforce and cultivate an inclusive, compliant, and engaging work environment. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with organizational objectives, focusing on talent management, succession planning, and workforce development Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and overseeing recruiting processes to attract top talent Supervise HR teams to ensure efficient delivery of services related to employee orientation, training & development, performance management, and employee evaluation Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and fostering a positive workplace culture Oversee compliance with employment & labor law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, workers' compensation procedures, and HR legal requirements Administer benefits programs including payroll processing through platforms like ADP or Kronos, benefits administration, and HRIS systems such as Oracle HCM or Taleo Implement process improvements in HR operations through data analysis, analytics tools, and strategic thinking to enhance efficiency and effectiveness Requirements Proven experience in supervising human resources teams with a strong background in strategic HR management and program oversight Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation procedures, and HR legal compliance Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategies, employee relations management, performance appraisal systems, and employee misconduct investigations Proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, ADP, Kronos or Taleo; strong data collection and analysis skills; experience with HRIS platforms is essential Excellent negotiation skills combined with effective communication skills for presenting ideas clearly to senior leadership and teams Ability to manage multiple priorities through change management practices while maintaining a focus on process improvement Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting, strategic planning, succession planning, and managing human resources teams Join us to lead our human resources initiatives with energy and purpose!
