Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR initiatives and foster a dynamic, compliant, and high-performing workforce. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership will drive organizational growth by shaping HR strategies that align with our company's vision and values. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence company culture, develop talent pipelines, and ensure operational excellence across all HR functions. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational goals and promote a positive workplace culture. Lead talent acquisition efforts by designing effective sourcing strategies, managing applicant tracking systems (ATS), and overseeing recruiting processes to attract top talent. Supervise HR teams in delivering employee orientation, training & development programs, and performance evaluations to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Manage employee relations by mediating conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and ensuring fair resolution of workplace issues. Oversee compliance with employment law, OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, workers' compensation policies, and other legal requirements to mitigate risk. Administer benefits programs including payroll processing through systems like Oracle HCM or ADP, benefits administration, and HRIS data analysis for strategic decision-making. Drive process improvements in HR operations through change management initiatives, analytics, and program management to optimize efficiency across all HR functions. Requirements Proven experience in supervising human resources teams with a strong background in talent management, organizational design, and strategic planning. Extensive knowledge of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance management, and employee misconduct investigations. Demonstrated expertise in negotiation skills, employee evaluation processes, and conflict management techniques. Proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Kronos, Taleo or similar platforms; experience with HRIS data collection and analysis is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to senior leadership and staff at all levels. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while managing multiple priorities effectively. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field; advanced certifications like SHRM-SCP or SPHR are preferred. Join us as we shape a vibrant workplace where talent thrives! Pay:
$120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
