DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee daily operations of a large Distribution center Coordinate employee schedules, ensuring adequate coverage at all times Perform employee check-ins at the start of 1st shift. Track any attendance occurrences such as callouts and tardiness Enforce all workplace policies and procedures Coordinate training and development for employees Address and report safety concerns/injuries in a timely manner Ensure safety, production, and compliance across the worksite Answer inquiries from clients and employees Mediate on-site conflicts Assist in payroll processing for a large number of employees Perform frequent and thorough walk-throughs of the entire facility to ensure production needs are being met Recruiting and staffing open positions as needed, complete full onboarding of associates Workforce Engagement Manager
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Effective communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills Strong public speaking skills Team-player attitude with a focus on collaboration Forklift experience required Flexibility with schedule Strong time management skills Ability to stand & walk for long periods of time Bilingual (English & Spanish - read, write, speak) a plus If this sounds like you, don't wait!
