The ideal candidate will have the skills and experience necessary to: Act as a
Trusted Advisor:
Partner directly with Directors and Executive leaders to align human resources strategy with business goals across your assigned division.
Lead Proactive Change & Talent Initiatives:
Champion change management, organizational design (OD), and workforce development programs that elevate team performance and morale.
Deliver Expert Coaching & Employee Relations:
Coach people managers through complex employee relations, career progression, talent retention, and performance interventions. Navigate Compliance & Risk with
Ease:
Maintain up-to-date expertise in Utah state and federal labor laws, proactively mitigating risk and interpreting HR policy.
Leverage People Data:
Analyze workforce metrics, compensation structures, and FLSA guidelines to guide sound talent and business decisions.
Adapt & Execute:
Seamlessly pivot to address emergent business priorities and lead high-impact HR projects. Work at pace with competing priorities, day to day work, and strategic priorities Further practical experience and knowledge required is:
Comprehensive HR Discipline:
Proven success navigating the full HR lifecycle across multiple business areas.

Experience:
4+ years of progressive professional experience across core HR functions (talent development, employee relations, workforce planning, and compliance).
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Technical Savvy:
Strong proficiency with HRIS platforms and intermediate-to-advanced MS Office skills. Able to navigate and use Artificial Intelligence (AI) appropriately, responsibly and as applicable.
Industry Background:
Financial services or banking experience is a strong plus.
Credentials:
Professional certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or
SHRM-SCP
) highly preferred.
Mindset:
An adaptable, solutions-oriented team player eager to make an impact in a dynamic organization.
