This is a highly visible and high-impact position where a successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a decisive role in the organization's future success and growth. Responsibilities:

Function as a member of the senior management team, setting strategic direction for the success and growth of all businesses Collaborate with business partners to implement strategic initiatives resulting in continuous improvement, enhanced employee engagement, improved working relationships, and positive business results Participate in the development and implementation of financial budgets Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc., at the site level Guarantee working conditions in compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment policies Manage industrial relations with local employee representatives Confidentiality is guaranteed.
